Despite the best efforts of the Avengers, the Hulk has been captured by Psyklop and shrunken down to exist in a world buried within a speck of dust. In this world, he is accepted, and magic allows Banner's brain to rule the Hulk's body. This combination serves him well, until the fateful day on which the Psyklop returns.
