Unless Apple has a massive culture shift, Google based Android phones will surpass iPhone fairly easily.
Sure…Google wants to own your life, but by writing the software and leaving hardware to others they spread into every phone market.
It’s obviously a whole lot more than that though. Apple should get ample credit for development of such a monumental shift in what “phones” are. Somewhere along the way, Apple forgot what made them different though. The absolute control and proprietary stance on hardware, software, and aesthetics>functions is going to destroy them.
Apple has survived because the king became complacent. Blackberry (RIM) did not make tremendous strides in new software until much to late. Microsoft never made any serious effort at a phone OS.
Google phones are simply amazing. By not being limited by the one company one control model, they will speed by Apple.

There are so many things inherently wrong with iPhone.

• Requiring iTunes
• Single hardware button
• Lack of removable memory
